- Please include the Return Authorization Number, and copy of sales invoice, and the reason for return.
- Shipping Return address will be supplied with Return Authorization. Returns must be properly packaged so damage does not occur during return shipment.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and verified. We do not accept collect returns. Shipping Charges are not refundable. However, exchanges will be sent back without additional shipping charges.
Ground Delivery is 2-8 business days to most destinations in Canada. For the USA, shipping time may be several days longer depending on the location.
Shipping Rates will be shown at the end of the order before your order confirmation is given. It is not A&R Specialties policy to make money on freight charges. Selection of the correct shipping zone is required. Freight rates are subject to change without notice and not applicable to remote or non-serviceable locations.
First time users, when shopping add your chosen product to cart. When finished adding your chosen products to your cart choose check out. The system will require you to enter billing and shipping info. At that point you can confirm the order and the shipping charges will be displayed to you to choose your shipping destination. Once order confirmed you will be directed to PayPal for secure payments.
Please note that packages are sent requiring a signature for the parcel. Should no one be at home to accept the parcel, please give a business address, place of work or a trusted associate who will take delivery and sign for your parcel. US deliveries may not require signature as this service is no longer offered by the Postal Service, however they do go Expedited.
Order pick up option is available. Please confirm and pay for the order on line. Do not apply Freight Charges at the confirmation of the order, and in the notes section, advise ORDER FOR CUSTOMER PICK UP. Please allow A&R Specialties 3 days to process and redesignate the order for pick up. Pick up is at Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. No Freight Charges are applied for customer pick ups

In the event of pricing error, the item(s) in question will be charged at the correct price. Demand may at times exceed available stock, A&R Specialties reserves the right to limit quantities, based on stock on hand.
Back on Track product stock is available based on our Request to Call for Availability. This product is at times warehoused at the Back on Track Exclusive Distributor, so stock levels may not be as per listed.

Personal Information is stored on PayPal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further sheild your credit card and bank numbers PayPal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.
A&R Specialties does not see or have access to your Credit Card Information and does not store any Credit Card Information on this site.
